STARTING A BUSINESS IN THE US

The most important steps for starting a business



As Valerie Beck said “money is the blood of the business”.  This is obvious you can’t start a business without having money.
But money is not the only thing you need to have. When you have it you need to build a business plan to know if your business will be sustainable.
Once you have done this, you need to create your network to gain contacts. In fact without contacts your business can’t work easily.
Valerie Beck started her business in an unusual way. In fact she studied the law for finally becoming a Chocolate Consultant, how this can happen?
During a trip in Paris, she tasted French chocolate alone in a little shop and she though the taste was amazing. She decided to tell all her friends to come to have this wonderful chocolate, and this was actually her first chocolate tour.

When Valerie Beck came back to the US she decided to create her own website to offer people who loves chocolates to come with her to discover places where you can taste good products.

Valerie Beck decided to put on her website a place to meet at a certain time but unfortunately anybody came. The reason why nobody came is because she didn’t have any network. 
To solve this problem she contacted back her friends from the Lawyer School and proposed her service for the companies.

After she had built her business she decided to become a Chocolate Consultant, that is to say she is the mediator between the chocolate productors and the ones you made it or needs it, like a chef.



Another way to start a business
Mary Vallender has a Master in Sciences and Chemistry. 
She started working in marketing in a big company and she traveled a lot. from there she went in a smaller company to learn more about marketing and sales techniques. Then Mary Vallender was recruited by a market research company who new how to manufactures flats, she became the vice-president of this company. After an implosion she was fired and didn’t wanted to go back in what she was doing before.
Mary then became a relator as people were always asking her “how can I find a house?” 
She started to read a lot of books to learn more about relators and she build her network. She wanted that the people could rely on her and proved that she is good in what she is doing. By doing this she started to have more and more people coming to see her, asking to help them to find a place to stay. Nowadays Mary Vallender has a large network so all her efforts have paid.
This is how she gets in this business: the relators business.
